I have had a couple of comments on my Tiptoe Through The Tulips blog post asking how I shaded my tulips to make them look more life-like . I'm never sure if my replies are received when I thank someone for commenting or in this case, answered their question, so I decided I would make a quick video to show how I achieved the shading.
Here's the video: https://youtu.be/upvIiUmbwiM If you like it, please give it a thumbs up and share it.
As I made more cards using this bundle, I started using a sponge dauber to go around the edges of the petals, and this added even more dimension to my blending brush method.

Even though I used dark tulips on my mom's birthday card, the shading still made a difference.
Shout out to my friend, Kaylen Kent, who "produced" my video as I haven't mastered that part yet :o) She's awesome!
Happy Crafting!
