Well, I thought I was being smart when I came up with a plan to start my first card club last week. My thinking was that I would use the very versatile In Good Taste Designer Series Paper as a backdrop because I didn't think many people bought that paper since it was a little pricier than other DSP's, and I would pair it with the All For Baby bundle. My thinking on the baby bundle was while many people probably thought it was adorable, it may have taken a back seat to some of their "must haves" since new babies are not as common as birthdays. So, I started designing and was thrilled with my choices and the cards I made.
So, I photographed my 4 cards that I would offer in my kits, I created my marketing email, then I labored in Wix trying to figure out how to offer the subscription to my club, how to create two different shipping options and prices (pick-up and Priority Mail), and how to offer the add-on of the bundle WITHOUT charging shipping if someone subscribed to my club. I'm telling you, I was proud of myself once I got all that figured out. I was psyched and pushed the go button on my email with the offer.
Then, Stampin' Up!'s Last Chance Sale was published and sure enough, there was my DSP and my All for Baby bundle! Oh well, it's all good. I'm still happy I finally started Kim's Card Club, and I loved designing the four cards for the kits. I've been wanting to offer kits using the All For Baby bundle ever since I first got it. I thought it would make someone very happy to make these adorable cards without having to invest in the stamps and dies.
